Great Agency and would highly recommend them and their staff.

I have had my rental unit managed by LJH Ashfield for over 20 years and they have always been very professional and efficient in the process. The unit has become vacant a few times, and they have always found a new tenant very quickly. With a recent vacancy the unit needed quite a bit of work (due to age/time not the outgoing tenant) and Damon organized the work we agreed on for me. He was very quick in organising painting, carpeting, replacing cupboard doors, etc. to minimise the vacancy period and I was very happy with the result he achieved. When the work was completed Damon had the unit back on the market quickly and found a suitable new tenant in a relatively short period of time at a very good rental level. LJH Ashfield have been very good over the years I have been with them, and Damon has been particularly good in the previous management of the unit and throughout the recent renovations and subsequent releasing. I would be happy to highly recommend the agency, Damon and the other staff involved. Thank you very much.
