After interviewing two other agents with respect to selling our Ashfield flat, we chose Domenic as our agent because: - he had sold by far the most flats in Ashfield of any agent working in the area, giving him a lot of experience to draw on - his rates were very reasonable - the commission structure at LJ Hooker Ashfield incentivises all agents at the branch to look to help sell the property, drawing on the whole team's efforts - he proposed an intelligent range of strategies to bring our property to the attention of buyers - he was friendly and accessible - easy to get on to by phone - he was at the agency we used to rent the flat and he was conscious of the constraints of the sitting tenants. We found that Domenic did look after our tenants well, and was honest with them, with us, and with potential buyers. The strategies he proposed to interest buyers and to manage potential downsides to the property did prove successful, and he was able to capitalise on the interest generated to identify serious buyers. His skilled negotiation resulted in a good outcome.
