Exceptional real estate agent

David Winters acted for the selling agent in a property I purchased. His work ethic as a real estate agent is exceptional – even leaving the office Christmas party to show me the property when I came from inter-State. He went to great lengths to provide me with information and responses to the many questions I had. David is a very friendly, and a very hard-working real estate agent. The apartment I bought was at the low-end of the scale, yet David gave the same dedication you would expect from a multi-million dollar sale. David clearly enjoys selling real estate and achieves a sale without being pushy – just informative, positive and helpful. He even phone me after settlement to congratulate me on the purchase, which he didn’t have to do as he was acting for the seller and the sale was complete. It is this extra attention that makes David a ‘stand out’ and an exceptional real estate agent.
