Taylor Brown is an Excellent Property Manager!
Taylor Brown is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! My rental property was listed with another agent for over two months and they were advising me that there was no interest in my property and that I should lower my weekly rate. I was getting enquiries about my property directly and I was referring them all to the Agent so I knew there was interest. The interested people were then messaging me back saying that the Agent was not responding to their messages which explained why the Agent kept telling me there was no interest. The stars aligned when I ran into Taylor and I told her what was happening. She offered to help me out and quickly arranged paperwork, photos and advertising. Within a week, and without lowering the weekly rates, she had found a perfect tenant who moved in the following Saturday. Taylor went above and beyond to help me. I would not change anything about my experience with Taylor and LJ Hooker, it has been outstanding. To top it off, Taylor is so lovely and caring. You can tell she absolutely loves her job and helping people. If you’re looking for a property manager, Taylor is your girl!!!
