Tenant/landlord Experience

LJHooker Belconnen have kept us up to date with any concerns re our rental property and attended promptly to any concerns raised by tenants and landlord. Recently a tenant broke their lease and in order to facilitate new tenant arriving with a new baby, 3 agents from Hooker went to our property to meet us and helped clean and prepare the property for the new tenants as there was a very tight time frame. They came prepared with cleaning materials and supported us in fixing damage to the property. Couldn't ask for more support. They even took shelves from the oven home to clean them. We were very grateful for their assistance and professionalism.

A fabulous experience with LJ.

I am writing on behalf of all the tenants that we recently had the pleasure of renting a property managed by Taylor, Kelly, Athina Katsibiris, Sophie Murray and entire team at LJ Hooker Belconnen, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, their professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to tenant satisfaction were evident. Communication was seamless throughout the entire rental process. Property manager and the team were always prompt in responding to any inquiries or concerns, making me feel valued as a tenant. They were transparent about all aspects of the rental agreement, ensuring there were no surprises along the way. There are some of the maintenance issues to be handled. But, to be honest overall experience with such a nice team is so good. Moreover, our property managers demonstrated a genuine commitment which I truly appreciated. Overall, my experience has been exceptional. They set a high standard for property management, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable, responsive, and customer-focused property management team.
