The team at LJ Hooker impressed me from the beginning.

My initial enquiry at the Belconnen office was met with professional & personable front office staff. I was quickly introduced to Athina, my now property manager. Athina was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and answered my enquiries. Athina offered her professional thoughts based on market research and knowledge of the local market. I felt heard and enjoyed our appointment and schedule to have my property rented. Athina kept me abreast of any updates, and organised, at my request, all the necessities for a successful marketing campaign. I was, and wasn’t surprised that Athina called me after the first open home with an excellent applicant. Athina explained the process of vetting applicants and supported my decision to accept the successful applicant. From my first step into LJ Hookers office into Belconnen, it took 2 weeks to have a successful campaign running and an excellent applicant approved. Couldn’t be happier.
