Claudia from LJH Belconnen has been managing our propert since Feb 2016. We cannot speak highly enough of Claudia. She is very thorough with eyes for details. She doesn’t only look after the property for the landlord, she also looks after the interest of the tenants as well in a very fair and balanced way. She is up to date with the latest changes in related legislations and keeps both tenants and landlords up to date with amy changes in these legislations. On many occasions Claudia went above and beyond her duties to help us arranging any necessary repair works. Claudia and the LJH Belconnen team are one of the best teams we have dealt with.

Outstanding service at all times professional.

Claudia Pipitone and her team are exceptional Communication is always prompt and clear whether written or orally. The team is friendly without being familiar. Claudia displays a level of commitment to her tennants and landlords that goes above and beyond what is expected and is reflected in her team. The team is knowledgable regarding current rental trends and changes in legislation and keeps us aware of this. There is always prompt action on repairs and maintenance and we are informed of same in a timely manner. Claudia is very thorough in screening new tenants but also ensures there is a minimal period without occupancy. At no time since leasing our property have we found any fault with the management of it. In short we are highly satisfied with the excellent work done by Claudia and her team and would recommend them to others. 5
