My first meeting with George on the day of my valuation was enough to say he was the one who was going to sell my first home. My first impressions tell me a lot about someone and George ticked all the boxes. He was professional, personal and very well presented and I felt very very comfortable with him. George sat down and went through everything I needed to know, being my first sale, I had very little knowledge and for someone to explain this was very comforting to know. He seemed to keep me, as the seller, priority over everything else. He took time out to get to know me and what I needed out of the sale and I think that was a very professional and personal experience that made George seem like the perfect choice. Other agents just felt fake and it seemed they only had their best interests at heart but not George. He put in the hours and time to get the best results for me and on the day of the auction this payed off. Being very house proud the painting I received of my house on the day of sale was a very touching gift, it will forever remind me of my beautiful home.
