Needs Improvement in Communication

As new tenants, we sometimes felt confused about certain things and needed clarification. Unfortunately, there were times when our agent did not reply at all or responded very late. I understand that there are priorities and delays can happen, but as tenants, we also hope for timely communication. It would really help if our agent could make more time to respond, since communication is very important in managing the property. Overall, the place is really good, everything has been fine, and we love it here.
