Don't waste time with anyone else...

I interviewed 3 agents to sell my property. Muhammad was by far the most professional and eager. I could tell from his enthusiasm he was a perfectionist and had strong work ethic. What really convinced me was the weekly updates that I would receive from him so I knew what was happening. Cost of selling isn't cheap and I relied on Muhammad's guidance for a lawyer, for a staging furniture company and marketing and all went very smoothly with competitive pricing. Then COVID hit and I was getting worried but Muhammad kept checking in on me and providing me updates - he was always optimistic. Now I look back and I should have trusted him more, he persevered until we had a buyer who was a very good fit and loved the property and I sold. He was also engaging the buyer and supporting them through the buying process. I feel immensely lucky that I chose Muhammad and having used other agents in the area you can't compare the level of service from Muhammad, Nicole and Irene.
