Good knowledge of the property

First up impression of Simon was a happy and friendly person wanting to engage us in conversation (football.. Sadly he was a Carlton supporter) ( Mountain bike) His knowledge of the property was comprehensive. The follow up after the open day was at the close of the day which suited me. I haven't had much contact with him since the signing of the contract however and I do feel a little abandoned having to chase to arrange an inspection prior to hand over. ( this may or may not be his responsibility but it might be something that might be a good customer service to provide) Overall I was happy with his professionalism though.
