A Gifted Professional

I was a walk-in client when I first met Matt. Matt was showing a unit whose tenant had forgotten to make the keys available. This would have been a disastrous start to any day, potentially disappointing clients. However Matt had previously sold the unit next door, whose owner was now wanting to sell. The owner invited us all in to view their place which I subsequently purchased. Now turning a potential disaster into a win-win event speaks to Matt's professionalism in many ways: The owner of unit knew Matt, having purchased their unit through him and were happy to allow Matt to show and manage their property again, this speaks for itself.
