I would like to personally thank Joseph for the hard work he put in to sell our villa. Joseph's local knowledge and customer relationship was excellent and he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly commend Joseph, especially as the market was extremely tough when the shutdown was announced the week before the scheduled auction. He kept me updated at all times ( even after hours) and was proactive undertaking a paper auction to find the best priced buyer. I've no doubt it's been challenging during this time for everyone, but Joseph's determination and friendly manner was so appreciated.
