I felt heard when I spoke to him

I was referred to the house I purchased by Norman after enquiring about a completely different property. Norman listened to what I was looking for and managed to find a perfect fit for me in every sense of the word. I had extraordinary circumstances having to enter close case quarantine right after requesting an inspection, but Norman was happy to set up a zoom and walk me through so I could still make my offer. He was also accommodating when I wanted to have a real walk through. Norman was always prompt to respond to my enquiries, very professional and charming. He's very easy to talk to and I felt like I was heard when I spoke to him.
