Excellence in Residential Property Management - David Crawley

I have had dealings with real estate agency LJ Hooker Burwood and its Director David Crawley for 20 years. This was first as a tenant, and then for many years as a residential property investor. I have entrusted management of several properties in the Burwood/Strathfield area to David Crawley and his team. This includes my own home during lengthy periods of absence interstate or abroad. I appreciate all the detailed works smoothly undertaken on my behalf to manage my homes whilst maintaining happy tenants in them. This ranges from securing high quality tenants, through managing repairs and renovation works, and dealing with ever increasing government compliance (generally a good thing I think), to the most attentive reporting and communications. I recently entrusted another property to the long term care of David’s office during my absence abroad. Once again they have exceeded my expectations … even though I should be well and truly used to it by now! David Crawley in particular is a consummate professional. I work in the building industry, have high standards and can be a tough ‘task master’, but I cannot thank David and the LJ Hooker Burwood team enough … because they look after my homes as if they are their own.
