She really knows the market thanks to her many years in the business and local knowledge which is invaluable to us. She goes well beyond, recently arranging new flooring for our property which made it a breeze for us as we don't have the time to do things like this ourselves, arranging quotes, booking in the job, overseeing installation and finish etc. When it came to letting the property, Jacalyn had the advert live and ready to go before we even knew it and she secured a rate that was above our expectations.
