Our Ben Experience

Ben was warm and friendly right from the moment we walked in the front door. We explained that we were going to buy a house in the ten days we were up from SA. That was the whole purpose of our trip and we were going to be joined by our SA real estate agent for assistance in the buying process a few days later. Ben explained the vendors situation which conveniently matched our need for a quick settlement. Ben was great organising several viewings of the property for us apart from the original open inspection. He assisted in the negotiations required to ensure we purchased the vendors fridge and dining suite as part of the contract. Ben tried hard to meet the needs of both parties. He was very honest and open in his communication. He went above and beyond what was required in his role of agent for his elderly vendors. I would feel happy and confident in dealing with Ben again. In fact I require his services to find my mother and cat a Qld home.
