STAY AWAY!!!

STAY AWAY !!! Should be a 0 star!!! As a first-home buyer, my experience with Kim Ryan and Natalie Leaver at LJ Hooker Edge Hill was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, especially when serious issues emerged just before settlement. We were repeatedly left chasing answers and felt that transparency was lacking when it mattered most. The removal of the “For Sale/ Sold” sign before settlement was another frustrating experience. When we asked for a replacement so we could take a photo to celebrate buying our first home, we were told we would have to pay for it ourselves. What should have been an exciting milestone became an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. We felt unsupported, uninformed and that getting the sale completed was prioritised over keeping buyers properly informed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.
