Good communication

Monique was very good in communicating with us regarding the status of the open inspection we had. She also updates us on what the current rental rates around the area that is moving. So we have to adjust if we want the tenant straight away. We manage to get a tenant within 2-3 weeks of advertising and some adjustments on our asking rate. Overall it was a good outcome. I would recommend Monique of LJ Hooker Camden for your rental agency needs.
