Bryce does not reserve his opinion. He tells the truth and tells all. He works with contingency plan up his sleeves and gets ready to move and changes his course to match the market movements. He is full of market knowledge and local conditions. Being in the market for 15 years and having sold more than a thousand properties, he would not be able to share all his knowledge but able to read the market well in relation to vendor's property. He has good communication skill and is well communicated with the vendor. There is not need to contact him. He will reach to inform the vendor as the situation progresses. I have full confidence in the way he handles the prospective buyers and set up open homes schedule strategically to create interest. Not for a moment I was concerned of Bryce's approach in handling the sales process and he also guides us on the procedure towards exchange of contracts, cooling off period till the contract is unconditional. Last, but definitely not least, he got us the top end of the asking prices. We could ask for more as he has exceeded our expectation.Well done, Bryce.
