Bryce goes above and beyond to get to the finish line

We contacted Bryce in the very early stages, needing to sell a deceased estate property that had been unoccupied for 15 years. As you could imagine, the property was not in a good way. Bryce gave us some initial advice with respect to what needed to be done in preparation for the sale. Additionally, Bryce was the only agent we spoke to who knew what we needed to do with the pool which was non-compliant. He gave us all the details we needed for the Council and other agencies in order to get the property ready. Bryce was motivated to sell this property, and maintained frequent contact with us for over a year, until we were finally ready to sell. The sale process itself was very easy. Bryce kept us updated on how the property was tracking and within a couple of weeks the house sold. The cooling off period and settlement period was even waived by the purchaser and everything was done within 14 days. Bryce is clearly very well connected with the community and maintains contact with prospective buyers, which makes the finding a buyer very easy and efficient.
