Well what can we say ...... after listing our property with another agent for four months ......in which we had mediocre results and very little interest ......... Along came John Vickers from LJ Hooker .......who recently had sold a property across the road for the full listed price ..... on contacting John he felt that a different marketing strategy was needed ...... we listened and gave him our full support to do as he felt best...... He changed our sign board description ......had professional photos taken ( fabulous results ) and suggested he could get a better price than had been listed previously....... Within six days of first contacting John he had the house on the market for our first open house and then he rang that night to ask if he could bring an interested party for a second look on the Sunday morning ........ within one hour we had a knock on the door John came back to see us with an offer on the table $ 900 short of the listed price..... After that he kept in regular contact and updates ...... and was present with the building and pest inspections etc We are ecstatic about the results and if you want a real estate agent that is dedicated, motivated and fully committed and professional ..............John Vickers ......... from LJ Hooker Coffs Harbour is the man.
