I had an extremely positive experience purchasing a property myself for the first time and then engaging a Property Manager. The team worked collaboratively and respectfully with me to provide me with excellent service and communication with wonderful rapport. I was kept up to date with any new information promptly and they checked in with me frequently. My questions and queries were dealt with respectfully no matter how small. I received timely follow up calls and felt like I was part of a support network. The combined knowledge of the team about the processes of buying and renting to tenants helped me navigate this landscape with so much more ease.
