Perseverence

Jason Read took on the marketing of my home slightly outside of his normal territory and provided a clear marketing plan and quality market presentation. It was a difficult home to sell quiclky as it had an unusual (steep) yard that seemed to frighten many of the prospective purchasers. However, Jason and his team continued to hold opens and persevered until that 'right' buyer came along.
