No-nonsense, straightforward, great operator

It's never really a pleasant experience buying a property; and pretty stressful, but Kerri-Ann was great. it helped that we knew exactly what we wanted and both buyer and seller wanted to move quickly. Kerri-Ann assisted us both to get things done quickly and smoothly. in the end it was pretty hassle free. Kerri-Ann was straightforward and no nonsense, in the fact that there was no b*llsh*t. if there was something she didn't know we would say she didn't know and would go away and find out, and would actively respond, rather than us having to continually chase for answers. she liaised with the conveyancers and generally (from what we could see) managed the process on both sides to get settlement done. Kerri-Ann was always informed, pragmatic, reasonable, efficient, responsive.
