Solid agent, great communicator and always thinking bigger picture

Andrew went the extra mile for selling our investment property. He wasn't trying to pressure us to sell by undercutting the market or other compromises. Even when the market was pulling prices down, he held firm and did not pressure us in any way. He also persisted with the open houses and built excellent relationships with our tenants which was essential. We did lower our prices in the end as that is where the market was, but ended up with a good price that we were satisfied with. Andrew is a great communicator and touched base every week after an open house with an update which was excellent. He must have opened above 40 times which is an amazing effort, and several hundreds would have seen the place. He is the effort man for sure, and I would recommend his services.
