Highly invested in getting us the best outcome

We chose LJ Hooker Double Bay to sell our home in Eastlakes without ever speaking to another agent. A large part of that was because of Sahil. He showed boundless energy, diligence and enthusiasm in his approach - he made us feel like all his attention was on us. When it came to doing the work of marketing and selling our home, we could tell how invested Sahil was in getting the best outcome for us. He worked incredibly hard and efficiently throughout the process. We sold our house at a very busy time for us, and Sahil took care of almost everything, making life much easier for us. He and Aaron also worked wonderfully well as a team, working together to get us a pre-auction sale price that was about 10% above market price at the time. We sold our house remotely from interstate, never once having met Sahil (or Aaron) in person - however we had a strong sense of trust and good faith from both of them from the very beginning.
