Great Experience, seamless transition

Vanessa responded to my request for a rental valuation on the same day, just before the break in late December. As soon as the break was over, a photographer was on-site and was very professional, delivering great quality photos of the property. On the day of the viewing, Vanessa was friendly and warm with the potential tenants, taking the time to highlight the key features of the property. After just the first viewing, a rental agreement was drafted with a reputable tenant, allowing for us to seamlessly transition to our new home without the worry of our initial property being vacant.
