Luke showed excellent market knowledge, professionalism, ability to set a sensible price, wise decision to clean up and restore the pool which helped get a good price, had good communication skills and preparedness to discuss things, helped arrange a gardener and gurney man (water jetter) which helped improved the presentation to the street. Advice was also provided on seeking out a conveyancer which was also very good.
