Lovely people, but delay in response times.

The people have been lovely so far and willing to help, however, there is occasionally a delay between something being reported, and something being done (sometimes I have had to resolve issues myself). Nice staff, and very relaxed and approachable. Never an issue with reaching them via phone, just a delay via email, as they often don’t send to the inbox.
