I have dealt with Steven since exchanging on this property. He did a great job at organising open home inspections and finding a well suited tenant before settlement! We settled and 3 days later the tenants moved in.Having an agency that can communicate with the previous owner and have them agree to an open home while they still live there was great! He also managed to get the property into good shape within a very short period of time (organised cleaners and a smoke alarm service). Thank you Steven and the team at LJ Hooker!
