very pleasant to deal with, gave relevant information and guidance on how to progress sale, most importantly stayed in touch throughout the process. we had a time zone difference for both of us but he linked in late and early outside of his regular hours to communicate with me. very impressed with him, would recommend him to my friends in Melbourne, polite, professional and felt he worked for my best interests.
