John just gets it, simply understands people who need help and guidance.

John was friendly, and kept us comfortably confident throughout the sale of our family estate. This was the first time I've dealt with selling a property and John helped with the process and educated us along the way. I would recommend John based on his demeanour alone, but he also has local knowledge, having grown up in the adjacent suburb and being local to the market. His agency is also a part of the local community. I'd happily sell again with John, if the situation occurred again, but until I am in the situation I'll leave him free to help the next seller or buyer get the help they need from a professional.
