John delivered a strong result and I appreciate the effort.

A good outcome was achieved in the end, and I appreciate the effort throughout the campaign. However, the initial appraisal was provided before the property was inspected, which led to the price range being revised several times. This created unrealistic expectations for the seller, as the early price guide gave high hopes that ultimately weren’t achievable. A more accurate upfront assessment would have made the process smoother and more aligned from the start.
