A very potentially difficult process made easy by Tim

Being that we were in the unique situation of buying this house through Tim while at the same time selling our home to the seller of this house (house swap) through Tim, there was always going to be challenges for Tim to negotiate the best deal on behalf of both parties, being that both of us were his clients. As it was Tim that made the connection of this swap being a possibility, it was only fair that he would be the agent for both parties. What could have been a very challenging situation was handled very professionally by Tim, with his likable easy going personality and authenticity / knowledge, he gained our trust through this process, and we believe all parties got a good and fair deal. We would not hesitate to utilize Tim in the future should the need arise.

Knowledge, communicative, open and honest- You can't go wrong with Tim

Working with both Tim and Tracey made the sale of house an easy and enjoyable experience. Tim's confidence, personality and sense of humor made us feel included. His knowledge of the local market and the real expectations of what we could achieve helped bring about a speedy conclusion. Tim was always available to take a phone call or answer an email along with a never ending supply of "tradie contacts" and when the sale was done he went over and above to find us a new home that fitted what we wanted because he listened. When you add Tracey to the mix, with her support of our styling and that different perspective, it made for a team that went over and above. In what has been a testing year, we finsihed 2020 on a high thanks to Tim and Tracey
