Easy and smooth

As a property purchaser I can say Nick made the whole process very smooth and easy for me. He was professional, respectful, courteous, reassuring and very patient. He explained everything in detail all through the sale process. His knowledge of the Realestate business and his professionalism really shone. I had only ever purchased a house and hadn’t ever purchased a duplex before, so I was a little nervous about a few things. Nick was very patient, courteous and kind with me. He also seemed to be a genuinely nice person. One thing I would say is he will get the best price for you if you are selling - we got pushed up a bit too high in price but it was worth it.
