LJ Hooker Ingleburn and Kris Menon's team were really good. Kris Menon was engaged to sell our investment property. Kris was exceptional, he had run through the process with us making us feel comfortable. He had excellent market knowledge and the latest market trends, so when he gave us a market estimate it was realistic. After signing up, we went away for a 5 week holiday, during that time, his communication and responsiveness was praise worthy. He was very open and transparent and kept us updated regularly. We did not have to worry about anything, he communicated between the property manager, solicitor, buyer, tenant and us. He would keep us updated regularly, even on Sundays and late evenings, we appreciate his dedication. He showcased the ability to navigate challenges and solve problems without bothering us on our holiday. Organised B&P inspections and followed up with all the corrective works required. He was able to secure a buyer before auction meeting our requirements, as the property was leased until early next year..
