Genuine, helpful, friendly, and looks after both vendors and buyers

We couldn’t recommend Bill more highly. He is fair, friendly, very genuine and has a heap of local knowledge. We bought a house Bill was selling and he was very fair in his dealings with us. Bill also managed the property for two months before settlement and that involved him liaising with Brisbane City Council who are doing major works next to the property. Fantastic Agent

This was a very difficult property. It was adjacent to an ongoing massive road development project. We also had a tight timetable to get a signed contract within the current tax year. Bill was awesome. He rang us immediately after each open house and reported feedback. The final price was also very good.
