Genuine, helpful, friendly, and looks after both vendors and buyers

We couldn’t recommend Bill more highly. He is fair, friendly, very genuine and has a heap of local knowledge. We bought a house Bill was selling and he was very fair in his dealings with us. Fantastic Agent

This was a very difficult property. It was adjacent to an ongoing massive road development project. We also had a tight timetable to get a signed contract within the current tax year. Bill was awesome. He rang us immediately after each open house and reported feedback. The final price was also very good.
