Now we understand why Joe's sold signs appear on every 2nd property in our area

When we started looking for an agent to market and sell the property we had owned for 35 years, it became quickly apparent to my wife and I that every 2nd house for sale in our local area had a SOLD sticker with Joe's picture on it. That said enough for us and I quickly arranged a meeting. After catching up with Joe and his wonderful assistant Kaitlin, it became a very simple decision for us to engage his services without feeling the need to even speak with other agencies. We come to learn Joe was a local resident living on acreage and we felt this placed him in a unique position whereby we were able to benefit and leverage off his extensive knowledge, experience, buyer contacts and very importantly, his strategic sales skills. Being a career salesman myself, I found Joe an excellent communicator and highly skilled professional, however what we appreciated most was he didn't try and fill our heads with unrealistic or unattainable promises just to have us sign on the dotted line. He laid everything on the line in a clear concise manner, including comparable results for similar properties in the area, and a price range on what he thought we come realistically achieve. Joe quickly identified who he thought our target market was and devised a sales strategy which resulted in us running our property through an auction campaign. We had a 5 weekend open house schedule followed by the auction. The open houses ran seamlessly and we know for a fact Joe did a lot of work behind the scenes in utilizing his contacts, both developers and life style buyers to view the property. Auction day quickly came around and was extremely nerve wracking, however the champagne corks were soon popping when we exceeded our reserve and expectations. Based on our experience, we would recommend Joe Safi without any hesitation.
