When you walk into this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home, you will feel mixed emotions as to where it sits in the house style design table.
With the original kitchen and bathrooms fit out, there is a nostolgic retro impression, there's a splash of Skandi with the high timber vaulted ceiling and exposed brickwork, and with the parquetry flooring in the bedrooms, you might have a flashback to the school hall days in the 70's or early 80's, sitting cross legged at assembly.
One thing is for sure, and that is that this home is character filled, and in a divine location.
So you just miss out on seeing the water, but you're so close that you can smell it, hear it and walk to it without pulling a hammy, no hills, just a very flat comfortable stroll from home to the beach, shops, restaraunts and school bus.
This home has been used as a holiday home for over 20 years, but it is perfect for anyone looking for something that is a bit different as their forever home and the location can't be beat for this kind of money.
Just when you think it doesn't get any better, there's more! off the reasonably new back deck, and above the garage is a large studio with it's own bathroom and kitchenette. Having it's own entrance means it could also be a hideout for teenagers, or for the extended family members that come to stay, but you don't want living in your lap.
