Outstanding service - very professional

Jess recently assisted my wife and I in the off-market sale of our property in Silver Sands. I reached out to Jess expressing the need to sell the property quickly to facilitate the purchase of another place. Jess immediately set about finding us a buyer and in a matter of days we had an offer at our target price. There were many moving parts to the sale and Jess not only fulfilled her role as the selling agent, but at times, proactively took it upon herself to facilitate tasks which should have been the responsibility of other hired professionals involved in the transaction (a somewhat blasé settlement agent and less than enthusiastic BA). Jess was always contactable no matter the time of day, and provided an exemplary services across the board, which in this instance also included the planning and coordination of third party contractors. My wife and I are in the process of selling 3 properties concurrently, which has put us in the unique position to be able to compare the performance of multiple agents at the same time. I can genuinely say that Jess more than stacks up as a property professional and I highly recommend her for any home owner or investor looking to sell their property.
