Sale of our Ground Floor, Dawes Street Kingston apartment

After 13 years of living in Sydney and working in Canberra Sunday to Friday it was time to retire and rejoin my family in Sydney. As L J Hooker, Manuka were the long term manager of our Studio Apartment in Griffith where they had been first class property managers, they were given the first opportunity to sell the studio which they achieved in minimal time achieving our expected price, Whilst selling the Studio, Simon was always keen in assisting us with selling the Kingston Unit. From beginning to the end Simon led us through the sale of Kingston. Step by step he provided us with advise and guidance. The unit made it to market and was sold before going to Auction, setting a new bench mark for the price for a Kingston Apartment of its age and condition. We cannot commend Simon highly enough for the price he achieved. However, it did not end there and he was there until settlement and even after the settlement was completed. Thank you Simon
