An Exceptional Agent

Firstly, our sale was not an easy one, the property fitted the category of “niche market”, and we did the unthinkable; we changed agent. As our new agent, Samuel impressed us from the start. He proved to us in no uncertain terms that he had excellent market knowledge and that he was an exceptional critical thinker. He provided us with reassurance that he would be by our side until we made a sale, and for that, we are very grateful. What we appreciated most about Samuel was, he had strong ethical standards, and he displayed professional and respectful conduct throughout the sale process. When it came to Open Home time, Samuel was very punctual and made us feel like we were always his number one priority. We found Samuel to be a very amicable young man. He communicates well and he gave us honest verbal and written feedback on a weekly basis. We also really appreciated that Samuel was always front and centre at our Open Homes. We signed with Samuel and he did every Open Home, NOT his 2IC. When you are choosing your agent, this would be my number one piece of best advice, make sure you get the agent you are actually signing up for. In our opinion, Samuel is a strong negotiator, he definitely understood the dynamics of bringing the vendor and the purchaser together so that they both felt the best outcome had been achieved.
