Outstanding service and communication

In mid-September, we asked Samuel to sell our apartment; by mid-December, the proceeds of the sale were in our bank account. We live interstate so weren't on-the-spot to help out. Samuel and his team provided excellent service from the moment we enquired about him selling our property. The preparation and marketing were superb. Our apartment was part of a group used as short-term rentals, so Samuel had the added complication of working with our property manager to minimise any disruption. His communication was excellent; he kept us fully informed about what was happening, and he was very responsive to us, the buyer and our property manager. The whole process was stress-free!
