Excellent communicator

We attempted to sell our offshore Pittwater house 3-4 times after vacillating terribly we withdrew it from sale each time. Despite the inconvenience and dissapointment Lachlan was understanding, composed and professional. We've now sold the house with enormous thanks to our excellent agent and cannot recommend him highly enough. We know of other offshore agents who take people through a house without reporting who those people were, give false information just to make the sale and in our experience, are generally tardy and dishonest. It's a huge effort selling offshore property - there are boats and pickups, an offshore agent can be used as a 'tour guide' at times. Lachlan never failed to follow up on potential buyers and went to enormous lengths to show our house. His reporting system is thorough and constantly updated, usually on the same day as the open. His comments are insightful and a testament to his many years of real estate experience.
