Great Agent!

Having discussed the sale of our long-held home with 3 local agents, we were most impressed with Ryan Petrie. Not only is he very personable, but he has a very detailed knowledge of the Northern Beaches market and Bayview in particular. Furthermore, he was backed up by the L.J.Hooker agency network which seems to have a very strong presence in our area. He was full of good ideas, willing and able to think outside the box, which was helpful for our property which was not typical of the area. We were also taken with his integrity and honesty, telling us openly how he saw our situation, unlike some other agents who are inclined to only tell clients what they might wish to hear. However, he was also flexible enough to consider our sometimes unusual requests and ideas. In the end we were very confident following his sound advice on timing, tactics and presentation, as he was always able to back up his suggestions with convincing examples. His negotiating strategies were carefully explained and followed through, leading to a quick and satisfactory sale, while also thoughtful of the buyers' situation. Altogether an exemplary experience - we could not have hoped for a better agent and would highly recommend Ryan to anyone.
