One very helpful dude!

Bought a house off Steve recently in Dalmeny. Whilst it took us a while to come to terms (2 old bulls circling each other in the paddock?) once the key terms were agreed Steve was super helpful and very friendly. We bought the house as an investment and live out of town (knowing nobody local). Steve cheerily introduced us to a bunch of super friendly/helpful cleaners, a garden/handyman, electrician etc (and through them we got to meet a gaggle of other useful tradie types). Every question/request was met with a prompt useful response and he even let us borrow his trailer to collect a BBQ and transport our rubbish to the dump. What a legend!
