A pleasant experience!

I have bought and sold several houses over the years and before this time I would call the experience stressful, not pleasant. Right for the start Steve showed his credibility and integrity. He was thorough and prompt but without being in the least bit pushy. He even used his phone to call up another house in the area that we wanted to look - that wasn't being sold by his company. How helpful is that? At the time of the sale I made a particular point of telling him that I had never come across a real estate agent who was so good to deal with and so am taking the time now to write this down now. If you are thinking of buying or selling I couldn't recommend him more highly.
