Good Agent's are hard to find.

Steve's approach to the sale of our home in a declining market was nothing short of honest and delicate in his advice when discussing the downward trend in the market at the time. These discussions were recieved by my wife and I with appreciation and we respected his advice even though we could see he didn't like to deliver this kind of news. I am sure if the market was growing like the previous twelve months earlier and more Steve would have been giving us different advice.
