This easterly sloping lot is not too far back from the waterfront at Gordon.
It has stunning views and has a sunny orientation as well. Access to this block is a little bit more complicated. There is access through Edward Street in Gordon which only leads part of the way to the block, so some work creating a driveway may be necessary. Frederick street road reserve also connects to this lot.
For some, the urgency to form a road may not be as vital. The block itself is approx. 3364m2, mostly cleared, quite level at the front and squarish in shape. Those wanting to build at the front of the block will end up with amazing water views out over the bay.
The Gordon jetty is close by as is the local playground. The Middleton store and the Post Office are only a few more kilometres up the road.
Gordon is roughly a 45-minute drive to Hobart and about 25-minutes to Cygnet.
